If you live in Calgary, you know what a Chinook is. It’s that nice little break in the winter where winds from the mountains “eat” the snow. The phenominon is unique to Alberta and Montana. I didn’t see my first one until I was seventeen and I didn’t really take notice until a couple years ago….what a shame.
